If you are a Charities Facilities Management Group member, you will have provided information about your organisation and about individual Charities FM Group participants. This may include information about attendance at events, email preferences, responses to surveys, queries submitted to the Group and other contacts you may have with us (including the use of any of our services).
We will use this information for the purposes for which you provided it to us: to administer the Charities Facilities Management Group, to administer your membership record, to inform you and other members of activities and fulfil our services to you as a member.

Third-party data processors
We use two third party party processors (MailChimp and Eventbrite) to deliver our email newsletter and to manage event registration. These processors comply with legislation and are EU-U.S Privacy Shield compliant.
For our newsletter, we gather statistics related to email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies.
