Maintenance management requires a wide range of different skills, from understanding buildings to project management and staff supervision.

Good maintenance will keep your property assets useful and safe, as well as protecting their long-term value.

The Charities FM Group had a meeting on maintenance for facilities managers in March 2016. This meeting looked at three key aspects of managing maintenance: preventive maintenance, strategic maintenance and critical maintenance.
